About

Hi, I’m Caroline, I'm a photographer and graphic designer.

I use photography to look from a personal perspective at issues around neurodiversity and sustainability. My aim is to produce and exhibit my own and collaborative work, to share real experiences to promote empathy, understanding and to spark debate.

I work part time as Art Director at Profile Editions, part of Profile Books. My role as Art Director is to commission designers, illustrators, and photographers, and oversee the creative process from brief to finished book.

I care about clear, original design and have a longstanding interest in sustainability. I created LovelyasaTree.com, an early online resource for environmentally responsible design in 2007, supported by WWF. I've also taught and lectured on sustainable design at London College of Communication and was nominated to be a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2008.

I have two children and my partner is also a photographer.

I studied at Brighton University and the Royal College of Art.
